CFD-Post fails to read a Fluent file if a cell zone name is the same as a fluid name? Please help.

ERROR
Parent of new object ('/SCALAR VARIABLE:/DATA READER/CASE:Case <case name>/DOMAIN:<fluid name>.Mass Flow') does not exist in the database.

This error occurs when
a) the case has more than one fluid, but no multiphase model enabled (e.g. because each fluid is present in a different cell zone), and
b) one of the fluid names is the same as one of the cell zone names.

To avoid the problem choose names for the fluids which are not the same as the names of the cell zones.
